1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to create an account.
1.2. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete legal information during registration. The use of temporary/disposable email addresses, dummy names, synthetic identities, or recycling phone numbers across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and subject to automated blocking and suspension.
1.3. KYC Compliance: In accordance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws, we require Bank Verification Number (BVN) verification before issuing dedicated virtual funding accounts, corporate virtual cards, or high-volume API services.
2.1. Prepaid Wallet: All transactions (Airtime, Data, Utility Bills, Cable TV, International top-ups, Travel eSIMs, and Gift Cards) operate on a strictly prepaid wallet balance or authorized checkout funding.
2.2. Concurrency & Locking: To prevent duplicate billing and race conditions, our platform utilizes atomic wallet locking. Simultaneous orders for identical recipients and amounts within tight timeframes are automatically de-duplicated.
2.3. Refunds: If a downstream telecommunication network or utility provider fails to fulfill a vend, your wallet balance is immediately and automatically refunded with zero fee deduction.
3.1. Security of Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys (Public Key and Secret Key) and Webhook Signing Secrets. Any activity occurring under your API keys is your legal and financial responsibility.
3.2. Fair Use & Rate Limits: API usage is governed by rate limits (standard tier: 120 req/min). Attempting to scrape price catalogues, bypass rate limiters, or execute denial-of-service traffic will result in automated IP banning and API key revocation.

Globconnects acts as a technology intermediary between customers and telecommunication networks/aggregators. While we maintain 99.9% platform availability, we are not liable for upstream carrier outages, network congestion, or customer input errors (such as providing an incorrect phone number or meter number).
